AnxietyTrauma

Fear is a necessary part of life, but it doesn’t need to constantly run your life and drain your energy. You may have experienced past hurts or traumas that trigger your brain to overreact to current situations. It may feel impossible right now, but you can create new pathways in your brain to feel calm and confident with the support of a trusted and skilled therapist.

Depression

Feeling sad sometimes is a part of the human experience. Frequently wanting to stay in bed, constantly feeling not good enough and finding little joy in life does not have to be your life story. You’ve been wondering if past hurts and trauma have something to do with how you feel. Together we will work through those old hurts so you may find relief and step into your best life.
